Manage Quickcommerce advertising and marketing Optimize ad spend by analyzing ROAS and campaign performance. 3. Order Management & Fulfillment Ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery through FBA and Flipkart’s logistics. Minimize order cancellations and delays by maintaining inventory levels. Work with the fulfillment team to streamline logistics and reduce costs. 4. Inventory & Stock Management Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Forecast demand based on sales trends and seasonal variations. Coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking. 5. Pricing & Competitive Analysis Implement dynamic pricing strategies to stay competitive. Track competitor listings, pricing, and promotions. Adjust pricing based on sales performance and market trends. 6. Customer Engagement & Support Respond to customer queries, reviews, and complaints promptly. Manage returns and refunds efficiently to maintain customer trust. Implement strategies to increase positive reviews and ratings. 7. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track key metrics like sales, conversion rates, ACOS, ROAS, and customer reviews. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketplace performance.
