Order Management & FulfillmentEnsure smooth order processing and timely delivery through FBA and Flipkart’s logistics.Minimize order cancellations and delays by maintaining inventory levels.Work with the fulfillment team to streamline logistics and reduce costs.4. Inventory & Stock ManagementMonitor stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.Forecast demand based on sales trends and seasonal variations.Coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.5. Pricing & Competitive AnalysisImplement dynamic pricing strategies to stay competitive.Track competitor listings, pricing, and promotions.Adjust pricing based on sales performance and market trends.6. Customer Engagement & SupportRespond to customer queries, reviews, and complaints promptly.Manage returns and refunds efficiently to maintain customer trust.Implement strategies to increase positive reviews and ratings.7. Performance Tracking & ReportingTrack key metrics like sales, conversion rates, ACOS, ROAS, and customer reviews.Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketplace performance.Use insights to refine strategies and improve performance.8.
