Please find below the Job details:Vendor Management & Development- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for various packaging materials.- Maintain strong working relationships with existing suppliers for timely and quality deliveries.- Negotiate prices, terms, and lead times effectively.Procurement & Planning- Forecast and plan material requirements in coordination with production and inventory teams- Issue purchase orders and track delivery schedules- Maintain optimal stock levels to support smooth production and avoid delaysQuality Assurance & Compliance- Ensure all packaging materials meet internal quality standards and specifications- Work with QA team and vendors to resolve any material quality issues- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulationsCost & Process Optimization- Generated with costs through negotiation and alternate sourcing- Explore eco-friendly and cost-effective packaging options in line with the brand’s sustainability vision.Documentation & Reports- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, supplier contracts, and pricing- Generate regular reports on vendor performance, cost savings, and procurement efficiencyInterested candidates please forward your resumeRegards,Priya Rajan
