Please find below the Job details:Vendor Management & Development- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for various packaging materials. - Maintain strong working relationships with existing suppliers for timely and quality deliveries. - Negotiate prices, terms, and lead times effectively.Procurement & Planning- Forecast and plan material requirements in coordination with production and inventory teams - Issue purchase orders and track delivery schedules - Maintain optimal stock levels to support smooth production and avoid delaysQuality Assurance & Compliance- Ensure all packaging materials meet internal quality standards and specifications - Work with QA team and vendors to resolve any material quality issues - Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulationsCost & Process Optimization- Generated with costs through negotiation and alternate sourcing - Explore eco-friendly and cost-effective packaging options in line with the brand’s sustainability vision.Documentation & Reports- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, supplier contracts, and pricing - Generate regular reports on vendor performance, cost savings, and procurement efficiencyInterested candidates please forward your resumeRegards,Priya Rajan
