Policy Bazaar is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as NRI Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and driving sales through various channels. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
Experience: 0-4 years in customer service or sales.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- High School Diploma and Bachelor's degree preferred.
We do not conduct virtual interviews.
