Job Title : Engineer – CAD + Model
Department : Manufacturing Engineering
Experience : 3 to 6 yrs.
Qualification : DME / BE. Mechanical
Working Location : Chakan, Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare 3D models as per project requirements.
- Develop stage drawings required for CNC machine shop operations.
- Design and prepare models/drawings for jigs & fixtures.
- Support additional engineering activities as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D modeling using SolidWorks , preferably in Oil & Gas (completion tools experience).
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting .
- Thorough understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) .
- Solid knowledge of designing fixtures for CNC machines (HMC, VMC, CNC).
- Hands-on experience and strong understanding of CNC machining processes .
- Proficiency in MS Excel for technical documentation and reporting.
- Effective communication skills in English (both written & verbal).
- Exposure to Oil & Gas industry standards will be an added advantage.
