MechanicalWorking Location : Chakan, PuneKey Responsibilities:Prepare 3D models as per project requirements.Develop stage drawings required for CNC machine shop operations.Design and prepare models/drawings for jigs & fixtures.Support additional engineering activities as assigned.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D modeling using SolidWorks, preferably in Oil & Gas (completion tools experience).Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting.Thorough understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).Solid knowledge of designing fixtures for CNC machines (HMC, VMC, CNC).Hands-on experience and strong understanding of CNC machining processes.Proficiency in MS Excel for technical documentation and reporting.Effective communication skills in English (both written & verbal).Exposure to Oil & Gas industry standards will be an added advantage.Critical Skills & Personal Attributes:Initiative – Ability to take proactive steps and drive tasks independently.Decision-Making – Strong judgment and problem-solving skills for effective decision making.Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across teams.Passion & Commitment – Enthusiastic, dedicated, and motivated to perform responsibilities with high quality.
