We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst (DA-2) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities include :
Requirement gathering with stakeholders to understand their requirements and managing them along with prioritization of various requirements coming in together.
Working knowledge of A/B experimentation and conclusion of experiments with supportive statistical techniques.
To convert actionable insights into well-defined projects.
To understand underlying player behavior.
To work with the Product, Marketing and Technology team to execute projects and measure their success.
Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to facilitate decision-making at various levels within the organization.
Debugging, monitoring and troubleshooting various solutions and brainstorming sessions on solving various problems.
Implement data quality standards to ensure accuracy,reliability and reusability of data and solutions developed.
Participate actively in reusable design solutions and cost optimizations
Ensure right stakeholders gets right information at right time
Creating and deploying visualizations with highest quality
Design and plan BI solutions to automate regular reporting and reduce manual intervention.
Write code (queries/procedures/scripts) in SQL / Py Spark / Python that is both functional and elegant, following appropriate design patterns
Minimum Job Qualifications:
BE/B. Tech in Computer Science/IT from Top Colleges
4+ years of experience in Analytics
Strong proficiency in statistical concepts and techniques, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time series analysis.
Develop and implement advanced statistical models and algorithms to address complex business problems. eg logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, and gradient boosting.
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
Exceptional logical and analytical skills
Excellent technical as well as communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to even the smallest detail is mandatory
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, etc.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience working with large datasets.
