Join OneAdvanced as a Data Quality Analyst and play a key role in transforming our internal data strategy. This position supports our shift to an enterprise-wide Master Data Management (MDM) approach, ensuring data quality and governance across systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, Boomi/Prismatic, Helix, Anaplan, and Snowflake. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions that meet high-quality standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Data Quality Assurance: Develop data quality frameworks and perform regular validation tasks to maintain high data standards across systems.
  • MDM Strategy Support: Assist in implementing an enterprise MDM strategy, ensuring alignment with data governance policies.
  • Deduplication and Data Cleansing: Lead efforts to identify and resolve duplicate records, ensuring data consistency across key platforms.
  • Integration and Data Flow Monitoring: Work with the Integrations Specialist to optimize data flows between systems and prepare for future Snowflake integrations.
  • Data Transformation and Migration: Execute data transformation and migration tasks using tools like Excel, VBA, Python, and SQL.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a data quality subject matter expert, communicating insights to teams in Engineering, Cybersecurity, Products, and Platforms.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Utilize Power BI to create dashboards that track data quality metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of data processes, quality standards, integration workflows, and governance policies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions that meet their needs. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units.
  • Advanced Data Modelling: Deep expertise in creating sophisticated data models that support complex data analysis, including advanced techniques in normalization and denormalization to optimize performance.

Technical Skills:

  • MDM and Data Governance: Proficient in Master Data Management practices and data governance frameworks, ensuring consistent data standards.
  • Data Quality Management: Skilled in implementing data validation, deduplication, and error-handling mechanisms.
  • Data Integration: Hands-on experience with integration tools like Boomi, along with knowledge of Anaplan (data warehouse) and Snowflake (data lake). Preferred.
  • SQL, Excel, VBA, and Python: Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, VBA, and Python for data comparison, matching, migration, and transformation tasks.
  • Power BI for Data Visualization: Proficient in creating dashboards and reports to monitor data quality and integration performance.
  • Salesforce and NetSuite: Understanding of data models within Salesforce and NetSuite, enabling effective data management across these platforms.
  • Data Transformation Experience: Proven track record of working on data transformation projects in other organizations.
  • Lead-to-Cash Process Knowledge: Familiarity with financial processes related to lead-to-cash workflows.
  • JIRA and ITSM experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree: IT, data or otherwise relevant.
  • Years of experience: At least 6 years’ experience having worked on multiple transformation projects. This is a senior role.
