Position: AEM Production Support (e-Commerce) Location: Job Type: Contract to Hire

Has strong experience in production support.

Possesses excellent functional knowledge of eCommerce.

Is proficient in writing and understanding SQL queries.

Has hands-on experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Catchpoint, or New Relic (good knowledge of at least one tool is sufficient).

E-commerce Platform Knowledge, good experience and familiarity with Content management(Adobe Experience Manager- AEM).

Familiarity with search / merch platform Constructor Troubleshooting Debugging experience , good experience and understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, developer tools) and ability to diagnose issues.

Understanding on cloud platforms for site hosting and scaling preferably Azure Database Knowledge at Developer level/ troubleshooting (NoSQL, MongoDB)

Experience in Web/iOS and Android e-Comm app/web support Working

Experience in any front-end Programming Languages Understanding of APIs Experience with observability tools New Relic and Adobe Analytics for, alert set up, dashboard creation, trouble shooting ,performance and error tracking.

Basic understanding in Fastly/NGNIX(Ingress K8s)/Zuul /APIGEE /API Gateway/AKAMAI, Azure DevOps

Performance Optimization of sites Ability to analyse site speed, traffic load, and suggest improvements (Content Delivery Network- CDN, caching, image optimization).
