Role Summary

Support client servicing managers in delivering corporate events and gradually take ownership of smaller mandates. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals looking to grow into senior servicing roles.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain trackers, meeting notes, follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in preparing client decks, proposals, budgets, and reports.
  • Handle logistics: travel, crew scheduling, vendor confirmations.
  • Be on-site during events — manage checklists, backstage, and guest experience.
  • Liaise with design & creative teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Take charge of smaller projects under supervision.

KPIs

  • Accuracy & timeliness of reports/trackers.
  • Reduction in escalations and last-minute misses.
  • Client feedback on responsiveness.
  • Smooth execution of assigned tasks.

Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years in client servicing/event management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with Excel/Sheets and PM tools.
  • Resilient in high-pressure event environments.
  • Eager to learn and grow into independent
