Our core founding team members are tenured Amazon alumni who have built and scaled multiple billion-dollar businesses. About the Role : We are looking for a passionate operations specialist who will own destination delivery operations for our customers. The person will work with internal stakeholders as well as external vendor partners to manage last mile destination delivery operations and procurement. Tracking deliveries and ensuring that any last-minute challenges are addressed immediately. Exploring network solutions to considering current and potential volumes across lanes Helping us develop new partner network and carrier wise performance assessment. Procuring commercials with current and potential vendors. Driving daily execution basis SOPs and updating current SOPs to improve operational performance. Graduation is must. MBA is preferred. 1+ years of work experience will be preferred Ownership: High degree of ownership and be able to perform with minimal supervision Candidate needs to report to office for 5 days a week and be available for first half of workday in office. Next half of the day can be managed from home Candidate should be well versed with data-based decision making and must have an eye for details Proficient written and verbal English language skills
