As the only company of its kind in Asia — and one of only three globally — Neolacta combines medical-grade quality, clinical credibility, and compassionate innovation to redefine infant nutrition and neonatal care.This role is a cornerstone leadership position responsible for end-to-end operational excellence — spanning procurement, logistics, production, and supply chain coordinationThe Role:The GM-Operations person will lead end-to-end operations in the collection, QA-QC, processing, conversion and distribution of human breast milk-based products for Neolacta markets nationally.Will plan, co-ordinate, and manage end-to-end processes and ensure the availability of other products manufactured by contract manufacturers from anywhere in the country.The role requires strategic oversight of sourcing, production, quality systems, and cold-chain supply management under the highest safety and regulatory standards.Candidate ProfileQualification: B. Pharm / B. Tech / M. Tech in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, or related discipline. MBA preferred.Experience: 15–20 years in food, dairy, nutraceutical, or pharma-grade manufacturing with exposure to cold-chain and sterile operations.Proven experience in process plant operations, quality systems, and supply chain leadership.Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO, and FSSAI norms.Excellent leadership, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills.Passion for infant nutrition and ethical, science-driven healthcare innovation.Remuneration: Competitive and commensurate with experience.Location: Bangalore (Jigani)
