JSP exports its diversified product portfolio to 22+ countries.About the Role:- Strategic Planning- Total Quality Management- Leadership Skills- Decision Making- Critical ThinkingSkills & Responsibilities:- Technical & Engineering Skills- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and hydraulic systems.- Heavy machinery, Process plant equipment- Conveyors, crushers, pumps, compressors, motors, gearboxes, etc.- Knowledge of RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) and asset life-cycle management.- Maintenance Strategy & Planning- Preventive & predictive maintenance, Shutdown/turnaround planning- Condition monitoring (vibration, thermography, oil analysis)- root cause analysis (RCA) to reduce repeated failures.- Capacity planning, spare parts forecasting, and resource allocation.- Handling new installations, plant upgrades, retrofitting, and commissioning.- Coordinating with vendors, OEMs, consultants, and regulatory agencies.Qualifications Required :B. in Engineering /B. in Tech./Diploma in Mechanical/ Mineral Processing / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering
