About the Role: - Strategic Planning - Total Quality Management - Leadership Skills - Decision Making - Critical Thinking Skills & Responsibilities: - Technical & Engineering Skills - Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and hydraulic systems. - Heavy machinery, Process plant equipment - Conveyors, crushers, pumps, compressors, motors, gearboxes, etc. - Knowledge of RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) and asset life-cycle management. - Maintenance Strategy & Planning - Preventive & predictive maintenance, Shutdown/turnaround planning - Condition monitoring (vibration, thermography, oil analysis) - root cause analysis (RCA) to reduce repeated failures. - Capacity planning, spare parts forecasting, and resource allocation. - Handling new installations, plant upgrades, retrofitting, and commissioning. - Coordinating with vendors, OEMs, consultants, and regulatory agencies. Qualifications Required : B. in Engineering /B. in Tech./Diploma in Mechanical/ Mineral Processing / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering
