The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in core SAP HCM modules including Time Management, Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM) , along with integration experience across related SAP modules.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and support Work Schedules / Shift RostersDefine and manage Time Constraints for attendance and absence typesHandle Absence/Attendance Management for paid and unpaid leave scenariosPerform Absence Valuation and Time Evaluation processesCreate and maintain Time Schemas / PCRs for various business scenariosWork on CATS (Cross Application Time Sheet) configuration and enhancementsManage Overtime and Shift Allowance scenariosIntegrate Time Interfaces (Clock-in/out, Biometric systems)Support Time and Payroll Integration and cross-functional modules ( PS/MM/PP )Manage Personnel Administration (PA) – hiring, transfers, promotions, separationsHandle Organizational Management (OM) – structure, positions, jobs, reporting linesConfigure and manage Payroll processes – wage types, deductions, payroll runsImplement Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) functionalitiesMandatory Skills✔ Certified SAP HCM Consultant✔ Minimum end-to-end implementation experience in Time Management & Payroll✔ Hands-on experience with Schema / PCR customization✔ Proven expertise in Time Evaluation, Absence Valuation, and Work Schedule Management✔ Experience in CATS configuration and Time Interface Integration✔ Proficiency in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM)✔ Strong understanding of Payroll Integration with Time Management✔ Good communication and client-facing skills✔ Experience working in Agile or Onsite–Offshore models
