In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) to help our clients optimize their HR processes. You will work closely with various stakeholders to design and implement effective HCM solutions that align with business objectives. Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure SAP HCM solutions based on client specifications and requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to analyze and improve HR processes, utilizing SAP to enhance productivity and compliance.
  • Provide end-user support and training to ensure proficient use of HCM modules.
  • Assist in the migration of HR data and ensure accuracy and integrity during the transition to SAP HCM.
  • Document configurations and maintain project documentation for future reference.
  • Support ongoing system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for HCM-related queries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM consulting, with a strong focus on payroll, personnel administration, and organizational management.
  • Proven hands-on experience with SAP HCM modules, including employee master data, time management, and benefits.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset to address HR-related challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate training sessions and interact with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications in SAP HCM will be considered a plus.
