UKG Ready Implementation Specialist – Benefits & Payroll Integration (Contract/Consulting Role)Support roleTime- US SHIFT HOURS (6:30 PM IST- 3 AM IST)Contract BasedOverview:We are seeking an experiencedUKG Ready Implementation Specialistwith deep expertise inbenefit plan configurationandpayroll integration . The ideal candidate will lead the design, build, and testing of aunified Critical Illness (CI) planwithin the UKG Ready system.This initiative involves consolidating multiple existing CI plans (Employee, Employee + Spouse, Employee + Child, and Family) into asingle, tiered planwith dependent coverage rules andage-banded premium structures , aligned withSymetra’s Critical Illness policy and pricing .Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure a newunified Critical Illness planinUKG Ready .Consolidate multiple CI plans into one plan with multiple coverage tiers (Employee, Employee + Spouse, Employee + Child, Employee + Family).Applyage-banded premium ratesfor employee and spouse coverage as per the pricing sheet, ensuringdependent children are included at no additional cost .Implement complexcoverage rules and validations , including:Spouse coverage cannot exceed the employee’s elected coverage.Children are automatically included for “Employee + Child(ren)” or “Employee + Family” tiers.Ensurededuction and earning codesare properly mapped to payroll and aligned with the Partner CI setup.Validate and test the plan configuration within theUKG Ready Benefits module .Conductend-to-end testingprior to open enrollment to ensure a seamless employee experience.Qualifications3+ yearsof hands-on experience inUKG ReadyorUKG Pro(Benefits Administration & Configuration).Strong understanding ofbenefit plan setup ,coverage levels , andpayroll deduction mapping .Proficient in defining and implementingeligibility rules ,dependent coverage tiers , andevidence of insurability (EOI)workflows.Experience supportingopen enrollment cyclesin UKG.Working knowledge ofbenefit data integrations (EDX files) .Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Why JoinOpportunity to lead a high-impact configuration project in a modern HRIS environment.Collaborate with experienced benefits and HR technology professionals.Flexible, project-based engagement with potential for future UKG-related initiatives.
