About the Role 

 

We are looking for a Sr. SEO Executive  with 3–6 years  of relevant experience in SEO. This role is ideal for someone who is well-

versed in SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and competitor analysis. 

Candidates must have practical experience and the ability to execute strategies effectively. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities 


●Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement actionable SEO strategies to improve organic search 

rankings. 

●Perform detailed content audits to enhance search engine performance and identify new content opportunities. 

●Analyze competitor strategies and provide data-driven insights to strengthen our SEO campaigns. 

●Optimize website elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, URLs, and internal linking. 

●Oversee off-page SEO efforts, including link-building strategies and outreach campaigns. 

●Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend improvements to enhance site performance, crawlability, and page 

speed. 

●Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to track and report on key 

metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates. 

●Stay informed about latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. 

 

 

Requirements 

 

●Experience: 

○Mandatory: 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SEO (applications outside this range will not be considered). 

○Must have a strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and practical execution skills. 


●Skills: 

○Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console). 

○Expertise in both on-page and off-page SEO techniques. 

○Solid knowledge of technical SEO, including site architecture, page speed, and mobile-first optimization. 

○Analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights. 


●Other Qualities: 

○Strong learning attitude and ability to adapt to changes in the SEO landscape. 

○Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

○Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. 

 

 

 Selection Process 


1.First Round: Introductory session and basic questionnaire. 

2.Second Round: Live SEO audit and practical assessment to test SEO fundamentals and execution skills. 

3.Third Round: Final interview with the department head and company leadership.
