Grow Your Staff is looking for an Lead Engineer for a leading tech company based in the US. This is a full-time remote opportunity.

Working Hours : 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST (Monday–Friday)
Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
- Architect and design scalable ML systems and data pipelines.
- Lead the development of AI/ML solutions from prototype to production.
- Establish best practices for ML model deployment and monitoring.
- Guide technical decisions around model selection, training, and optimization.
- Ensure ML systems meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and lead a team of software engineers.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Participate in hiring and scaling the engineering team.
- Remove blockers and ensure team productivity.
Project Execution:
- Drive the successful delivery of complex technical projects.
- Balance technical trade-offs with business requirements.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams on technical feasibility.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security.
Process & Innovation:
- Implement and improve engineering processes and practices.
- Lead technical planning and estimation sessions.
- Drive adoption of new technologies when beneficial.
- Maintain documentation of system architecture and technical decisions.
Requirements
- Machine Learning

- Python/ C++/ Java/ PHP
- AI-based image generation technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (in lieu of degree, 4+ years of relevant experience).
- 5+ years of software engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management building AI-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI concepts
- Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management.
