EA to MD cum HR

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant with HR expertise to support the Managing Director while also assisting with key HR functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. This role will involve managing executive schedules, coordinating HR processes, and acting as a liaison between executives and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Duties:
• Manage the day-to-day schedules, calendars, and appointments for the Managing Director.
• Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and communications on behalf of the Managing Director.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense reports.
Human Resources Coordination:
• Assist HR in recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews, preparing job descriptions, and screening candidates.
* Help manage employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, with some HR experience preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be experienced in the field of EA to MD, and HR (combination of both) kind of work, can travel to Delhi/NCR for meetings, preferred working background as Hospitality/PR segment.
Fluency in English is a must.
