The role involves identifying potential clients, managing key accounts, ensuring product specifications in procurement, and achieving revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage potential clients; strengthen relationships with existing accounts.- Drive inclusion of company products in client procurement and technical requirements.- Conduct product presentations, generate inquiries, and convert them into business.- Prepare and execute monthly/quarterly/yearly sales strategies.- Review RFQs/ITBs and coordinate with internal teams for proposals & quotations.- Report regularly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Frequent client visits & travel to expand network.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma (Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, or Materials).- Minimum 6 years of sales experience (2+ years in similar industry).- Strong communication, presentation & relationship management skills.- Proficiency in MS Office; strategic mindset with client-focused approach.KPIs: Revenue growth, client engagement, inquiry generation, product specification success, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration.
