Experience : 7 to 10 years in Fire protection
Industry : Fire protection systems, Fire fighting systems
Salary as per industry standard
Note : Experience in Fire fighting systems, fire protection systems is required
Job description :
Cost Estimation and Budgeting:
 Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and overheads.
Value Engineering:
 Optimize project costs through value engineering while maintaining quality.
Procurement and Vendor Management:
 Source cost-efficient materials and subcontractor services.
 Maintain supplier and subcontractor relationships to ensure competitive pricing.
Management of Estimators:
 Review and manage estimators' work to ensure accuracy.
 Mentor estimators on cost estimation practices and market research.
Market Research (Saudi Focus):
 Continuously analyze materials, equipment, and labor costs in the Saudi market.
 Maintain strong relationships with suppliers for updated market data.
Quantity Takeoffs and Analysis:
 Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for civil and structural components.
Project Feasibility and Bid Preparation:
 Review tender documents and prepare competitive bids, including cost estimates.
 Align bids with project goals and collaborate with project management.
Construction Cost Analysis:
 Analyze factors like productivity, material availability, and equipment efficiency.
 Provide recommendations to minimize costs.
Qualifications :
Department : EPC
Experience Required: 10 to 15 years of any GCC experience
Qualification required: Degree / Diploma in Civil Eng.
