Job Summary: The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on permanent placements. This role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent using various recruitment tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of managing multiple positions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the hiring process.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for permanent positions.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and reference checks.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate selection.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
Post job openings on various job portals and manage the company's presence on recruitment platforms.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, with a strong focus on permanent placements.
Proficiency in using ATS, job portals, and other recruitment tools.
Expertise in Linked In hiring and recruitment.
Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a similar role within a remote work environment.
Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
