Job Title: Data Analyst / MIS Specialist

Experience - 4 - 7 Yrs

Job Location - Ghaziabad

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Data Analyst / MIS Specialist with

strong expertise in Excel and Power BI.

This individual will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing data-driven dashboards to track and improve the performance of various functions within the organization. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of data visualization principles, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities1.Dashboard Development and Management•Create and maintain insightful, visually appealing dashboards in Excel Dashboards and/ or Power BI track KPIs across different business functions.•Design and implement customized data visualization solutions to enable leadership teams to make informed strategic decisions.

2.Data Analysis and Reporting• Analyze data from various sources to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.• Generate routine and ad-hoc reports to support management in operational planning, forecasting, and strategy formulation.

3.Performance Monitoring• Collaborate with department heads to identify critical KPIs and build dashboards that monitor progress against targets.• Conduct periodic reviews and provide reports on function-specific performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.

4.Data Management• Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.• Organize and maintain a structured database for easy access to historical and real-time data.

5.Process Improvement• Evaluate and recommend improvements in existing data processes and reporting frameworks.• Work proactively with stakeholders to understand data needs and drive efficiencies in reporting processes.

6.Training and Support• Provide training to team members on interpreting dashboards and using Excel/Power BI features.• Serve as a point of contact for queries related to data reports and visualizations.

7.Technical Skills• Proficiency in Excel (advanced level), including complex formulas, pivot tables, charts, and VBA (if required).• Expertise in Power BI for creating sophisticated data visualizations or statistical software (Tableau, R, Python, etc.).• Knowledge of SQL or other data management tools is a plus.• Analytical Skills• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a track record of analyzing data to drive insights.• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into understandable, actionable information.
