Founded in early 2020 by Ajay Pandey and Vineet Saxena, our team brings extensive experience in payments, lending, sales, and product scaling. We comprise technopreneurs and seasoned bankers, offering diverse expertise and thought leadership.
Position: Senior Lead Engineer
Qualifications & Skills
Proven 9 to 12 years experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
Experience with leading a team of 5-6 members.
Knowledge of multiple back-end languages - Java, node, and typescript and Java Script frameworks (e.g. Angular, React).
Good with databases (e.g. My SQL, Postgres, Redis).
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, Java Script, XML, j Query).
A pragmatic approach to architecture and design, which recognizes when it's OK to diverge from best practices for the sake of practicality.
Work towards creating and designing systems that can scale.
Follow best practices of product development - like peer review, documentation, and following code standards.
Excellent English writing and communication skills. Is comfortable writing crisp and understandable documentation.
Excellent communication and team-handling skills
