Looking for a Manager in Statutory Audit domain in Bangalore.

Job Description

  1. Lead the team in performing the statutory audit and report to the Director or Partner.
  2. Manage the client and execute the statutory audit engagements in line with Auditing & Accounting standards.
  3. Ensure that the financial statements are prepared in accordance with accounting standards, understand & review the internal control systems and perform the audits in accordance to the prescribed methodology of the firm.
  4. Ensure proper documentation and review the working papers of the audit team to ensure it is in accordance with firm requirements.
  5. Make sure that the timelines are met while ensuring smooth relations with clients and team members.
  6. Continuous learning and development.
  7. Actively involve in team building and networking activities.

Minimum Expectations for the role

  1. Qualified Chartered Accountant.
  2. Must have a minimum experience of 5 years in handling Statutory audit engagements.
  3. Should be hands-on using open source Chatbots across your work-lifecycle
  4. Excellent technical knowledge to handle Statutory audits independently.
  5. Extremely good in documentation.
  6. Strong communication skills and command over spoken and written English.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to learn new software’s
  8. Sincere, team oriented and eager to learn.
  9. Adhere to highest professional and ethical standards.
  10. Willing to travel to client's location.
  11. Strong work ethics and maintain confidentiality of information.
