The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of the coworking space, engage with members, ensure a high standard of service delivery, and work to foster a collaborative and productive community environment. Additional responsibilities include organizing and hosting events, addressing member needs, maintaining the space’s ambiance and functionality, and supporting business development activities.QualificationsSkills in community management, communication, and relationship building to foster a supportive and inclusive community environmentExperience in event planning, coordination, and execution to facilitate engaging activities and networking opportunitiesAdministrative and operational skills, including attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in customer service and team collaboration to address member needs and provide high-quality experiencesWorking knowledge of marketing and social media platforms is a plusBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related fieldAbility to work independently and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
