We are looking for Executive, Community in India.

**In this role, you are responsible for**:

- Greeting members and guests warmly and professionally to create a positive experience, while promptly responding to queries about our products, services, and policies
- Facilitating seamless move-in and move-out experiences for members, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding
- Assisting with day-to-day centre operations, including maintaining cleanliness, managing facilities, and ensuring shared spaces like pantries and meeting rooms are well-kept and functional
- Organising and supporting community events and initiatives that promote a vibrant and engaging work environment for members

**Pre-requisites for this role include**:

- 1 - 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or serviced offices.
- Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
- Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented with a passion for building connections.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities.
- A proactive, team-oriented individual who can also work independently.

Pay: ₹10,235.16 - ₹36,084.12 per month
