The CSR Manager will collaborate with various internal teams, external stakeholders, and community organizations to ensure alignment with the company's values and business objectives while enhancing the company's reputation as a socially responsible entity. Key Job Responsibilities: · Program Development & Strategy · Defining & Developing the company's CSR Objectives · Project Management · Sustainability Initiatives · Reporting & Compliance Ø Creating a conducive environment for smooth running of the Company's business. Ø Administer and manage the affairs of CSR vertical and work towards strengthening the capacity of individuals or groups across all units in the organization's, CSR division. Ø Defining and developing strategies which underpin the company's CSR objectives. Ø Build relationships with partner organisations, and then implement and coordinate a range of activities and initiatives, which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities. Ø Develop ideas, policies and create detailed plans for innovative and robust CSR interventions. Ø To Visualize social challenges and opportunities and transform them into corporate strategies and CSR initiatives, if possible incorporating them into the value chain. Ø Act as an internal and external representative for the company's CSR policies and projects. Ø Review and monitor human resource deployment of CSR units across the location. Ø The willingness to manage high-impact, challenging projects, with necessary project management abilities . A keen eye for identifying internal opportunities and understanding of evolving market practices. Location: Gurgaon, India Candidate Preference: 8-10 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, public relations, or community relations. Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.
