The Application Support engineer will be part of the team supporting Nouryon's Digital Support Devops team. NET C# Developer with a robust understanding of graph theory, expertise in PowerShell scripting, and experience working with Azure Active Directory (AAD), Microsoft Exchange, Intune and SharePoint knowledge. The team will work in a Devops methodology, and team's efforts will be prioritized and coordinated by the Product Owner /Team Lead /Scrum Master.

NET and C#.

Optimize and refactor existing code to ensure high performance and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Contribute to team agile planning activities and backlog prioritization and management.

Develop and maintain applications, web parts, and workflows in SharePoint.

contribute to the root cause analysis.

Drive high performance and accountability for own deliverables.

Actively participate and contribute into the sprint activities and ceremonies e.g. daily stand-up, Sprint planning, retrospectives, refinements etc.

NET C# Development:

- NET and C#.

- Optimize and refactor existing code to ensure high performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Implement graph-based data structures and queries in application logic.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues within automation scripts.

Administer Exchange Online environments, including mailbox management and compliance policies.

Configure and manage Intune for device management and security policies.

Git and Azure DevOps:

NET applications.

Monitor and improve CI/CD processes to ensure efficient deployment workflows.

We believe you bring (Education & Experience)

~ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

~5+ years of professional experience in .NET and C# development.

~ Experience with graph theory and implementing graph-based solutions.

~ Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation within AAD, Exchange, and Intune.

~ Experience using Git for version control.

~ Knowledge of Cloud Technologies, Solutions Development, Digital Experience.

~ Experience working in Agile or Devops teams.

~ Ability to effectively manage and resolve application-related incidents, including performing root cause analysis.
