✅ 6+ years backend experience with any modern language (Java, Python, Go, Node.js, C#, Scala)

✅ Cloud expertise (AWS, OCI, Kubernetes, Docker)
✅ Distributed systems experience (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
✅ English communication skills for our global team
