We create everyday essentials that kids love to wear and parents trust for quality—built with a design-first, storytelling approach.About the Role:We’re looking for a smart, Excel-savvy, and fast-learning Marketplace Executive to manage day-to-day marketplaceoperations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate stock, smooth order flow, and strong reporting — helping us stay agile and performance-focused.Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory & Order HandlingCheck stock daily on all platformsMatch platform stock with our internal sheetsCoordinate with warehouse & customer care for smooth deliveries and returnsFix out-of-stock and cancellation issues quickly2. Pricing & OffersUpdate prices, discounts, and offers regularlyMake sure right promotions go live during salesFix any pricing errors on time3. Reports & Excel WorkMaintain daily sales trackersInventory & returns reportsRevenue, discounts, and refund sheetsMust know:VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot TablesIF formulas, Filters, Data cleaningHandling large data4. Coordination & SupportRaise platform tickets for issuesTalk to Amazon/Flipkart support teamsWork closely with our internal teamsTools You’ll Use:Excel / Google Sheets (must be strong)Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner PortalTools like Unicommerce / Vinculum (a plus)Who You Are:1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operationsSmart, quick to pick up new systems and workflowsHighly organized and confident working with data in ExcelComfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth D2C environmentBonus: Fashion or consumer goods category experienceWhy Nap Chief?Work with a fast-growing D2C brand that values speed, ownership, and creativity.
