Position Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune. The selected candidate will be under the payroll of Exonect Private Limited but will be deputed to our client Thermax Limited on a permanent basis. We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead Salesforce initiatives from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, have proven experience in agile project management, and demonstrate the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward successful project outcomes that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Oversee project timelines, scope, and resources.
- Coordinate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ensure timely delivery and maintain periodic communication with leadership.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of agile project management experience, preferably with Salesforce projects.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
