Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales and Business Development Expert to lead our Enterprise Application Sales efforts across SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consultative sales, with extensive experience in the US, Europe, and UK markets. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets in the rapidly evolving SaaS and Cloud ERP space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the adoption of ERP solutions, focusing on SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Client Engagement: Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand business needs and present tailored ERP solutions that address critical challenges. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements, create value propositions, and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the benefits of ERP and Cloud technologies.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly update progress to the senior management team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, pre-sales, technical support, and implementation, to ensure a seamless sales and client onboarding process.
- Market Insights: Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to strategically position our solutions and identify growth opportunities.
- Churn Management & Renewals: Ensure high customer satisfaction by proactively managing client relationships post-sales, minimizing churn, and negotiating contract renewals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
- Experience: 6 -12 years of proven experience in ERP and Cloud-based solution sales, with a strong focus on SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics platforms. Prior experience in US, Europe, or UK sales markets is essential.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems, SaaS, and Cloud technologies. Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and AI/ML advancements in ERP solutions is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Exceptional consultative selling and negotiation skills. Proven ability to close large, complex deals and achieve sales targets.
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to high-level executives. A collaborative team player with high integrity and a results-driven mindset.
