The company prioritizes adaptability to meet the evolving demands of the fast-paced telecom industry.We are seeking highly motivated Project Coordinators to join our India office. This role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage client-facing projects in a fast-paced telecom SaaS environment.Role & responsibilities:-- Coordinate and manage telecom SaaS projects from initiation to delivery.- Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring adherence to SLAs.- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive updates.- Support client onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement activities.- Identify risks, escalate issues, and ensure proactive resolution.- Contribute to process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.Required Candidate Profile:-- Graduate or higher degree.
