Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Digital Marketer to lead and optimize our digital advertising efforts with a primary focus on lead generation for our e Commerce business. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven expertise in digital marketing and hands-on experience managing high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and oversee high-conversion lead generation strategies across multiple digital channels, focusing on driving qualified leads to fuel business growth.
Campaign Leadership: Design, launch, and manage complex digital campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
Budget Management: Strategically allocate and optimize budget across campaigns to maximize lead generation within target cost-per-lead (CPL) metrics.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics, CRM data, and other marketing tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, and report insights, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Employ advanced audience segmentation and targeting techniques to reach high-quality leads, using data-driven insights to refine and optimize campaigns.
Team Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering growth within the team.
Competitor & Market Analysis: Continuously research and analyze competitor activities, industry trends, and new digital marketing techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing with a specific focus on lead generation for e Commerce brands.
Expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital platforms.
Strong proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.), with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Excellent project management skills with a detail-oriented and results-driven approach.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint).
Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and multivariate testing.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
