Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Digital Marketer to lead and optimize our digital advertising efforts with a primary focus on lead generation for our eCommerce business. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven expertise in digital marketing and hands-on experience managing high-impact campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and oversee high-conversion lead generation strategies across multiple digital channels, focusing on driving qualified leads to fuel business growth.
  • Campaign Leadership: Design, launch, and manage complex digital campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
  • Budget Management: Strategically allocate and optimize budget across campaigns to maximize lead generation within target cost-per-lead (CPL) metrics.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics, CRM data, and other marketing tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, and report insights, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Employ advanced audience segmentation and targeting techniques to reach high-quality leads, using data-driven insights to refine and optimize campaigns.
  • Team Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering growth within the team.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis: Continuously research and analyze competitor activities, industry trends, and new digital marketing techniques to maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing with a specific focus on lead generation for eCommerce brands.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.), with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with a detail-oriented and results-driven approach.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior team members.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and multivariate testing.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
