Role Description:

  • As part of CSR, volunteering engagement with business groups, creating awareness about disability in the society, NGO partnership.
  • Understanding the CSR Law, analysis of CSR funding, planning, budgeting and allocation for the financial year.
  • To impact more lives through the support of Allegis CSR by providing employment opportunities.
  • Partner with Finance team, procurement team, OpCo Leadership to enhance CSR related end to end planning, execution and spend analysis.
  • Work closely with employees, partners, NGOs, internal stakeholders across offices on volunteering and other community activities.


Responsibilities:

  • Collating information from volunteers and maintain data in the respective trackers. Maintain dashboard & trackers for all the engagements.
  • Talking to new NGOs, collecting information and creating new activities on the tool.
  • Be active on social media and read posts on CSR/ Volunteering/ like candidate life/ Service mentality
  • Plan events for monthly calendars across locations.
  • Ensure we are compliant with the tool in terms of data capture of volunteering hours.
  • The role would involve closely partner with internal stakeholders, NGO’s, community, candidates, employees and vendors.
  • Drive all regions employee volunteering - collaborate with external organizations and CSR coordinators.
  • Motivate employees through awareness & immersive engagement on various causes. Create interesting volunteering opportunities & ensure key processes are followed
  • Engage with employees across the organization/interns/trainees about CSR and employee volunteering
  • Educating common people and society, create awareness on diversity community and inclusion.
  • Ensuring every employee gets to volunteer at least once a year, within the organization.
  • Bridging the gap between various internal teams in the workplace.
  • Finding more non-profits and volunteering opportunities to expand the score of volunteering activities

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor or Master’s in Social Work Preferred ( MSW) or any Graduation
  • 3+ Years experience in the CSR/ DEI stream
  • In total 8-10 years experience.
