We work with leading organizations across industries to identify top-tier talent for mission-critical roles. We're expanding our remote team and seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter who is passionate about connecting leadership talent with high-impact opportunities. As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for senior and leadership roles across domains. You will engage with clients, understand their talent needs, source high-caliber professionals, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Build and maintain a strong network of executive-level talent. Provide market insights, talent mapping, and competitor intelligence to clients. Ensure a smooth candidate experience and maintain high standards of communication throughout. 3–5 years of experience in executive or leadership hiring (retained or contingent search). ~ Strong knowledge of recruitment tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and others. ~ Experience hiring across sectors such as automotive, manufacturing, IT, consumer, etc., Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. ~ Ability to work independently in a remote setup. ~
