MAHTO's "mine" combines skilled craftsmanship with innovative techniques to ensure timely, high-quality results. Upcoming products include MAHTO Home Loans and MAHTO Land & Properties. This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring blue-collar workers for various home building projects. The Recruiter will maintain a talent pipeline, coordinate with contractors and homeowners, manage job postings, and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish. Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates Proficient in maintaining a talent pipeline and managing job postings Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the home building industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
