Started in 1994 as a Flower Shop in Delhi, we have over 400 outlets all over India, delivering across 500+ cities. We also have international presence in UAE, Singapore, Qatar, Malaysia & Indonesia with further plans of quick expansion.Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced DevOps Manager to lead and oversee the team in maintaining infrastructure and development pipelines. As a DevOps Manager, you will be responsible for managing and improving the tools and processes that enable our teams to deploy code safely, quickly, and consistently.Key Responsibilities:CI/CD Pipeline Management: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines to ensure code is delivered quickly and reliably.Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Manage and optimize the use of infrastructure as code to ensure consistency, repeatability, and scalability of cloud infrastructure.Automation: Drive automation efforts across build, test, deployment, monitoring, and management of development and production systems.Monitoring and Incident Management: Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance. Lead incident response efforts when necessary.Cloud Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.Collaboration: Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure alignment of DevOps processes with overall organizational goals.Security and Compliance: Ensure that security and compliance requirements are integrated into the DevOps processes.Cost Management: Continuously optimize infrastructure and operational costs Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Key Qualifications:Experience: 6+ years of experience in DevOps, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).CI/CD Expertise: Extensive experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other IaC tools.Automation Skills: Expertise in scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.) and automation tools (Puppet, Chef, SaltStack).Monitoring & Logging: Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.Security: A solid understanding of security best practices in DevOps, including cloud security, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements.Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a high-pressure environment.
