This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing and enhancing user interfaces and user experiences for our products. Daily tasks include creating mockups and prototypes, visual design, and collaborating with the front-end development team. Expertise in creating Mockups, Prototyping, and Visual Design

Experience with User Experience Design (UED)

Familiarity with Front-End Development

Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience in the HR tech industry is a plus
