The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, providing consulting services to clients, and facilitating the hiring process. Additional responsibilities include understanding client requirements, maintaining effective communication with clients and candidates, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for all stakeholders.Qualifications( must be from Indian Recruitments )Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting skillsConsulting and Interviewing skillsExcellent Communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systemsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in the engineering, chemical, or pharma industries is a plus ( must be from Indian Recruitment )
