Job Summary
The India Solutions Head acts as a strategic techno-functional expert and trusted advisor, bridging the gap between Intellect’s solutions and client needs. Based in India, this individual will also play a
consulting role within India while overseeing the solutioning responsibilities for the entire India region.
This role is critical in driving solution adoption, providing techno-functional guidance, and supporting sales and delivery teams to ensure customer success and business growth. A key focus will be the promotion and integration of e MACH.ai platforms and solutions across wholesale banking, retail banking, and fintech verticals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Engagement & Solutioning
Partner with sales teams to understand client challenges across banking and financial institutions.
Present customized solutions covering areas such as core banking, digital payments, lending, risk, and compliance.
Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and POCs, showcasing business value.
Support RFP/RFI responses with technical accuracy and business alignment.
2. Industry-Specific Solution Design
Design tailored BFSI solutions addressing key use cases like fraud, compliance, and operational efficiency.
