Position: Salesperson
Location: In-house (Office-based)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Night shifts may apply based on requirements)
Salary:
- Fresher: ₹5,000/month + 5% commission on every sale (minimum sale price: $500).
- Experienced (1 year): ₹10,000/month + 5% commission on every sale.
- Additional bonuses and 20–30% salary hikes based on performance and company growth.

Responsibilities- Outreach and Lead Generation:
- Conduct B2B LinkedIn outreach, Instagram DMs, and Twitter cold messages.
- Initiate 30 new conversations on LinkedIn and 30 cold DMs on Instagram and Twitter daily.
- Daily follow-ups on past conversations to nurture leads.
- Client Engagement and Conversion:
- Track and manage new conversations, replies, and follow-ups in a Notion or Excel tracking sheet.
- Work closely with the team to create and execute personalized strategies to convert leads.
- Content Strategy Support:
- Brainstorm content ideas for outreach campaigns and cold emails.
- Collaborate with the team for creating engaging posts for personal and business social media profiles.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain records of daily work, progress, and client interactions for weekly reviews.
- Provide reports and updates during weekly feedback sessions.
- Growth Opportunities:
- Participate in professional development through one-on-one learning sessions during the first week.
- Contribute to company growth to unlock rewards, such as promotions, bonuses, and exciting perks (e.g., movie tickets, new phone after six months, etc.).
- Experience:
- Preference for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in sales, outreach, or LinkedIn strategies.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also welcome.
- Skills:
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, cold DMs, and basic sales strategies is preferred.
- Educational Requirements:
- No specific degree required; your skills and attitude matter most.
- Commission & Bonuses: 5% extra commission on every sale, with additional bonuses for exceptional performance.
