Job Description: Academic Counselor (Freshers Only)Location: NoidaDepartment: Admissions & OutreachRole Type: Full-Time | Sales ProfileExperience Required: Freshers onlyAbout the Role The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective learners through Emo Matrix’s academic and training programs. This is a target-driven sales role focused on generating admissions, nurturing leads, and ensuring smooth communication between students and the institution.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Conversion Handle incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.Counsel prospective students about course offerings, career outcomes, and admission requirements.Convert leads into admissions by understanding student needs and aligning them to suitable programs.Maintain high follow-up discipline as per CRM guidelines.2. Sales & Targets Achieve monthly admission targets assigned by the business team.Participate in promotional campaigns, outreach activities, and marketing events.Develop and maintain strong relationships with students to maximize conversions.3. Client Support (Pre-Admission) Assist candidates in documenting and completing the enrollment process.Provide clarity on curriculum, fees, timelines, and academic expectations.4.
