DESCRIPTION:
We're looking for Sales Coordinator for Amazon India Payments Business. The successful candidate will be the process driven, with responsibility for delivering top notch customer experience for programs he/she will be part of. He/she must be an effective communicator and have strong ownership values. He/she will be responsible for the following

Qualifications and Skills:
Strong process orientation and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
Prior experience in a similar coordinator or operational support role, preferably in payments or finance
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Key job responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end process for open PR tracker, PR approval follow-up, PO creation, etc.
Ensure timely processing of prefunding, CRTR approvals, CPGN SVC load/advance load
Generate and monitor daily CPGN reports, tax invoice processing, PPI, rewards SIM funding
Reconcile CPGN accounts and maintain accruals
Create AR SIMs daily and provide AR reporting/WBR
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer experience
Identify process improvements and work towards streamlining operations
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- The ideal candidate will be process driven, an effective communicator, and appreciate a dynamic work environment. · Should have basic excel skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills
