Cympl Studio is looking for a passionate and experienced Game Artist to join our team, who would love to make aspiring casual games and work closely with the Top Hybridcasual Publishers. In this role, you will be crucial in shaping our games and helping us expand our portfolio into the exciting world of puzzle games. Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in game art, preferred mobile games
Passion for art and game development
Proficiency in digital art tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software
Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation tools (such as Unity, Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Demonstrable experience in 2D and 3D art, preferably in the mobile gaming sector
Education in Art, Animation, or related programs
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to feedback

Role Responsibilities:
~3D Art Creation: Craft high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations optimized for mobile platforms. Your work will directly contribute to the visual appeal and user experience of our games.
~2D Art Skills: While the focus is on 3D art, proficiency in 2D art will be a significant advantage. You'll have the opportunity to work on concept art, UI elements, and other 2D assets.
~ Collaboration and Development: Work closely with our team of artists, designers, and developers to create 2D and/or 3D assets for mobile games, including characters, environments, props, and UI elements. Support the creation of animations and visual effects to enhance gameplay experiences. Also integrate your art into the game, ensuring a seamless and engaging player experience.
~ Learning and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends in mobile gaming art and contribute innovative ideas to team discussions and game designs.
