About Us We’re a problem-solving IT consultancy helping small and mid-sized businesses digitalize and automate their operations. Our projects range from workflow optimization and system integration to custom business automation — built to make processes faster, smarter, and more efficient. We’re looking for a hands-on, flexible, hands-on, and independent Odoo Engineer & Administrator to join our distributed team. You’ll help design, implement, and maintain customized Odoo environments for clients across multiple industries. This position starts part-time (approx. 20 hrs/week) and may evolve into a full-time role as our project base grows. If needed, develop or extend Python modules for advanced automation and integrations together with our software engineers. Strong knowledge of Odoo architecture, modules, and configuration. ~ Experience in one or more areas: CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, or HR. ~ Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred). ~ Excellent English communication (spoken and written). ~ Experience of working in an international project ~ Experience in using AI and AI driven coding like with Cursor ~(Bonus) Python development or Odoo customization experience.
